The problem
A freight forwarder quoting shipments, where an enquiry is only useful if it arrives with enough detail to price.
Freight enquiries arrive from several directions and rarely carry the detail needed to quote. NS Logistics Global needed one public surface that sets out its services and coverage, then turns an enquiry into a request that can actually be actioned.
What was built
- Responsive multi-page website across mobile and desktop
- Service and coverage overview for the freight offering
- Enquiry and quote capture built into the site
Decisions that shaped it
- 01
Coverage answers the question before the form does
Services and the lanes covered are set out before the enquiry, so a visitor can tell whether they are in scope rather than submitting a request to find out.
- 02
The enquiry is shaped as a quote request
Capture is built around what a freight quote actually needs, so an enquiry arrives as something that can be actioned instead of a blank message to reply to.
Where it stands
One public surface where prospective shippers can see what NS Logistics Global moves and where, and submit an enquiry as a structured quote request.
No performance figures are published for this build. PSOI Tech publishes outcome numbers only where the client has measured and approved them, so this entry describes the work rather than claiming a result.
